Summer Bishil, an American actress is most famous for portraying Margo Hanson in the Syfy the fantasy show The Magicians. The actress gained recognition because of her performance in Towelhead as Jasira Marroun who is an American Lebanese girl of 13 who's thrown in turmoil due to the U.S. military's invasion of Iraq. The subsequent recognition as one of The Top 10 actresses in the world by Variety for 2007 was also a great honor. The role she played was another one of her most memorable characters Taslima Jahangir in the 2009 crime drama film Crossing Over for which she received nominations for the Independent Spirit Award in the Best Female Leading Actress category.
