Allana Ferguson bio

Allana first represented Australia at Rugby Sevens back in 2013. Then, after suffering numerous knee injuries throughout the years, Allana switched to rugby union. The first time Allana played in a rugby league game for women came in 2015. She played well against Queensland and represented New South Wales. Allana has added radio to her game, and has regularly appearances on 2GB's Continuous Call Team. Allana, who is not only a sportswoman and a teacher, but has also earned a an education degree, has an extensive background beyond sports. Allana Ferguson holds the rare honor of being a representative of Australia in three different sports: rugby sevens along with touch and rugby league. Allana Ferguson is a Jillaroos rugby star and fourth-time ACL tearr was forced to end her career in football. Ferguson has been in the sport for over 25 years. She had previously experienced tears in the same ligaments at the age of 15 17, 17 and 20 when she was 17. A fourth tear indicated her playing days were over. Ferguson was the JILLAROOS team's player. She had to resign because of her fourth left ACL injury. Ferguson has confirmed to The Courier Mail that she suffered the injury during training in the month of November. She was a face of women's Rugby League throughout the years.
